Do I need a prescription?
No. We don't require a prescription from you. We strongly advise that you consult your doctor before ordering any prescription products though.

Unfortunately not. We only accept direct credit card payments (Visa and Mastercard) and Bitcoin.
I ordered more than one product but have only received one of them?
Sometimes we ship orders in separate packages and you should have received an order update where we informed you that "product one" has been shipped with tracking number "xxxxxxxxxx". Check your e-mail inbox or your account with us and you'll see that there is an additional order update for "product two".
I haven't received any order confirmation, order update or reply to my e-mails
1. Check your spam folder! Make sure that you're able to receive our e-mails.
2. Your ISP might be blocking our e-mails us and you need to use another a-mail address for your account and to contact us.

What does "Shipped with EMS" mean?
EMS stands for Express Mail Service and is a faster shipping option than the standard shipping method (registered mail). Some products (not all) can be shipped with EMS. If EMS is available for the product, it's listed together with the products name.
What happens after I have placed an order?
Once your payment has been processed and approved, it will be forwarded to the pharmacy for fulfillment and shipment. We usually ship your order the next business day but sometimes there can be a short delay due to supply problems. 90% of our orders are shipped the following business day.
We will notify you by e-mail once your order has been processed and shipped.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order will normally be shipped the next business after your payment has cleared. Once shipped, it can take up to 28 days for delivery. On rare occasions some shipments may take more than 28 business days to arrive due to possible disruptions with international postal services or customs. We hear from a majority of our customers that they usually receive their orders within a 8-12 days period. We ask that you be patient and should your package not arrive within 28 days please contact us. We will then investigate your order, provide you with an update and take further actions to make sure you get your medications. More information on this issue is found here.

Why does my order status still shows as "processing" even though it was placed several days ago?
Your order might already have been shipped even though your order status hasn't been updated. We sometimes get shipping confirmation late from our shipping department and we only update your order status once we have received shipping confirmation.

Importation of prescription medication is legal in most countries provided the medication is for personal use and is not a controlled substance.

What is the difference between a generic drug and a brand name drug?
A generic drug is a drug which is manufactured by a company that is not the innovator. Because of this, other manufacturers are allowed to produce and sell the exact medication at a lower more competitive price. The generic drug is the exact same medication as the original brand name drug, simply made by another company. Due to strict regulations on the generic drug industry, these drugs must provide the same therapeutic effect as the brand name drug.
Why do the pills I received look different than the ones I get from my local pharmacy?
Firstly, if we list the drug as a brand drug - this is what you will get. We clearly state if the product is a brand- or generic drug.
If you are used to brand name pills and you have ordered a generic from us, the pills we send you will look slightly different. Generics do not look the same as the brand name products, even though they have the same active ingredients.and work in in the exact way. In different countries manufacturers will often use different trade names. Lastly, when comparing two different generics, they may look different if they are made by two different companies
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Absolutely! No payment details are processed by us and are not kept on our server. You will get redirected to our secured payment processor where you will provide your payment details. All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized internet access and not kept on our side in any way.
