For patients previously taking Ventolin Inhaler This pack contains Ventolin Evohaler. You should use it exactly as instructed by your doctor
The active ingredient Ventolin in this inhaler is exactly the same as the Ventolin in your previous medicine. The only differences that you might notice are the taste and the feel of the spray in your mouth, and the sound of the inhaler on using it. This is due to the change to a new propellant. This does not affect the way your medicine works. You can use your Ventolin Evohaler in the same way as your previous Ventolin Inhaler, although you may find that it needs cleaning at least once a week. This instruction is the same as that provided with your previous Ventolin Inhaler. Please follow the cleaning instructions given at the end of this text. If you have any questions about your treatment please contact your doctor, practice nurse or pharmacist.
